Today you Turned 1

This year has gone by so fast. Today was a very interesting day. We went to Breakfast With Auntie Bekkah. You got a meal all to yourself of messy  Pancakes with syrup and eggs. You are such a good eater. Good Job. Then you and Mommy spent the day playing. For your Birthday Dinner we had one of your favorites. Spaghetti! (We all love it!) I can't believe that it was a year ago that I meet you. When you were placed in my arms. How tiny you were. Such a gift you are to me in every moment. To top off the night you dug into a fun cake! Christmas Excitement

 This is your  First Christmas Jesse. I am buzzing with excitement for this year. I don't know where to start.

It has been a crazy month. Jesse and I have been from City to City and State to State. We are now home. It is a very surreal feeling. There is still so much to be done. I am swirling in Paperwork. For now I am just enjoying being home with my precious son. My son.. It is still so crazy to hear. The sound rolls of my tongue like a beautiful poem. So difficult to explain how good it feels.

It is very exciting having you in my arms and we are here in Iowa Visiting Papa and Grandma. Just one stop on the way home to Virginia. I am looking forward to watching you Grow My Sweet Boy!

Waiting.

It has been a very anxious couple of days here waiting for you. You could be here any day! I am so overwhelmed with emotions it is a complicated thing. I can't wait to see your face. To hold you and rock you. Mommy Can't wait to meet you!

33 Weeks

It has been a few weeks since my Prince. Let me just say it has been hectic. 

When you were 30 weeks Bemo was having difficulties and was airlifted to Denver. You were so very tiny and your cord was having trouble. 

I flew from Virginia to Denver because we were all fearing that you would get here early. 

I was so scared, but, also so very happy to see Bemo and so glad that she was ok. 

After some tests some medicines and a day in the big hospital you stayed in Bemo and my precious baby boy you are still cooking. Yay. 

The decision has been made that I will stay here in Colorado close to Bemo and You baby boy. So that if anything new emerges I am right here. I have interview a few places for work while I am down here. 

I am excited and nervous at the same time. 

You reach 33 weeks Gestation tomorrow. 

Baby boy you stay in there and keep growing! You aren't done yet.
I am excited to meet you so much, but, it's not time yet.
